a square + 2 a b + b square = (a + b) square

=> (a+b) square - 9c square
=> (a+b) square - (3c) square

=> USING a square - b square = (a+b)(a-b)
taking a = (a+b)
           b = 3c

 ANS. = (a + b + 3c) (a + b - 3c)
