Hey mate!!

HERE IS THE ANSWER

 {x}^{2}  - x(a  + 2b) + 2ab \\  =  {x}^{2}  - ax - 2bx + 2ab \\  = x(x - a) - 2b(x - a) \\  =( x - 2b)(x - a) \\
hope it helps to you.

x² - ax - 2bx + 2ab

=> x( x - a ) - 2b( x - a)

=> ( x - a) (x - 2b)
