 = a ^{2}  + (2c)^{2}  - 2(a)(2c) - b ^{2}  \\ using \: identity \: (a - b) ^{2}  = a^{2} + b ^{2}  - 2ab   \\ (a - 2c) ^{2}  - b^{2}  \\ using \: identity \:  a ^{2}  - b^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b) \\ (a - 2c - b)(a - 2c  +  b)

= +2(c)²-2(a)(2c) -b

using identity (a-b)² = +b²-2ab

(a-2c)² -b²

using identity:- a²-b² = (a+b)(a-b)

(a-2c-b) (a-2c+b)
