Solution:

a²-b²-c²+d²-2(ad-bc)

=a²-b²-c²+d²-2ad+2bc

=a²+d²-2ad-b²-c²+2bc

=(a²+d²-2ad)-(b²+c²-2bc)

=(a-d)²-(b+c)²

=[(a-d)+(b+c)][(a-d)-(b+c)]

=(a-d+b+c)(a-d-b-c)

Or

=(a+b+c-d)(a-b-c-d)
