 =  >  {a}^{2} b + a {b}^{2}  + 3a - 3b - 2 {b}^{2} a

 =  > ab(a + b - 2b) + 3(a - b)

 =  > ab(a - b) + 3(a - b)

 =  > (a - b)(ab + 3)
