 {a}^{3}  - 9 {b}^{3}  + (a + b) {}^{3}

Using Identity

(x + y) {}^{3}  =  {x}^{3}  + 3 {x}^{2} y + 3x {y}^{2}  +  {y}^{3}

 {a}^{3} - 9b {}^{3} +  {a}^{3}  + 3 {a}^{2}b + 3a {b}^{2}  +  {b}^{3}

2a - 8 {b}^{3}  + 3 {a}^{2}b + 3a {b}^{2}
