4 {x}^{2} + 8 {y}^{2} + 12xy \\ = 4 {x}^{2} + 4xy + 8xy + 8 {y}^{2} \\ = 4x(x + y) + 8y(x + y) \\ = (4x + 8y)(x + y) \\ {(3x + 2y)}^{2} - {(5x - 3y)}^{2} \\ =( 9 {x}^{2} + 4 {y}^{2} + 12xy) - (25 {x}^{2} + 9 {y}^{2} - 30xy) \\ = - 16 {x}^{2} - 5 {y}^{2} + 42xy \\ = - 16 {x}^{2} + 2xy + 40xy - 5 {y}^{2} \\ = 2x(y - 8x) + 5y(8x - y) \\ = 2x(y - 8x) - 5y(y - 8x) \\ = (2x - 5y)(y - 8x)
hope it helps
