-x^2-2x+3=0

x^2+2x-3=0

x^2+3x-1x-3

x(x+3)-1(x+3)

x= -3,1

3-2x-x^2

=-x^2 -2x +3

=-x[x+3]+1[x+3]

=(x+3)(-x+1)
