Firstly, we will multiply the first and the last term.

Then we will factorise the product of the terms.

Factors will be 7*3.

We will add or subract both factors of 21.

The answer should be 4y.

And the sign also should be negative.

Then, the term become y^2-7y+3y-21.

Then we will make their groups according tto the term.

The term become (y^2-7y) + (3y-21)

Then we will factorise them.

Now, the term become y(y-7) +3(y-7)

Both brackets terms will be same then we will select them out common.

And the answer will be (y+3) (y-7)
