We have,

6x^{2}+17x+5

The coefficient of x^{2} is 6

Multiply it by 5

6*5=30

Now we need two numbers such that

ab=30

a+b/a-b=17

So,

15*2=30

15+2=17

6x^{2} +2x+15x+5

Take common

2x(3x+1)+5(3x+1)

(2x+5)(3x+1)
