We want two number let them be p and q such that if they are multiplied by the product should
be equal to -15*2=-30 and if added we get -7.
So such numbers are -3 and 10.
Then we split of the middle term.
2x cube - 3x + 10x - 15
x(2x-3) + 5(2x-3)
(x+5)(2x-3)
be equal to -15*2=-30 and if added we get -7.
So such numbers are -3 and 10.
Then we split of the middle term.
2x cube - 3x + 10x - 15
x(2x-3) + 5(2x-3)
(x+5)(2x-3)
