27x^2 - 12y^2

= 3 [ 9x^2 - 4y^2]

= 3 [ (3x)^2 - (2y)^2]

= 3 (3x + 2y)(3x - 2y)

[a^2 - b^2 = (a+b) (a-b)]

Hey dear here is your answer

=======================>

27 {x}^{2}  - 12 {y}^{2}  \\  = 3(9 {x}^{2}  - 4 {y}^{2} ) \\ = 3  | ({3x})^{2}  - (2 {y)}^{2}  |  \\  = 3(3x + 2y)(3x - 2y) \\

Hope it correct and helps!!
