Factorize completely: a(p-q)-b(q-p)

METHOD 1:

a(p-q)-b(q-p)

= ap - aq - bq + bp

hence by grouping,

p(a+b)-q(a+b)

(p-q)(a+b)

METHOD 2:

a(p-q)-b(q-p)

a(p-q)+b(-q+p)

a(p-q)+b(p-q)

(a+b)(p-q)

Hope it helps!

have a great day!
