9 {a}^{2} - 4 {b}^{2} - 3a - 2b

 = {(3a)}^{2} - {(2b)}^{2} - 1(3a + 2b)

 = (3a - 2b)(3a + 2b) - 1(3a - 2b)

 = (3a - 2b)(3a + 2b - 1)

Answer:

Ans is (3a-2b) (3a+2b-1)

Step-by-step explanation:

9a2 -4b2-3a-2b

(3a)2 - (2b)2 -(3a+2b)

(3a-2b)(3a+2b) - (3a+2b)

Take (3a-2b) common

(3a-2b)(3a+2b-1)
