FORMULA TO BE IMPLEMENTED

We are aware of the identity that

a² - b² = ( a + b) ( a - b)

TO DETERMINE

(x + 2)² – (x + 4)²

CALCULATION

 (x + 2)² \: – \: (x + 4)²

 = (x + 2 + x + 4)(x + 2 - x - 4) Using Above mentioned Identity

 = (2x + 6) \times ( - 2)

 = - 4(x + 3)
