m HAS THREE ROOTS 1 IS REAL AND 2 ARE COMPLEX ( IMAGINARY) ROOTS
m³- 1 = (m-1) (m²+m+1) =0
so m= 1 is first root,
m² + m + 1 = 0
two roots of m are possible from here by using descriminent....
first on left side is called 'w' and second is 'w²'
