FACTORISE....

 15 + p (7 - 2p)

 = 15 + 7p - 2p^2

= -2p^2 + 7p + 15

Now , splitting the middle term.

 = -2p^2 + 10p - 3p + 15

 = -2p(p - 5) -3(p - 5)

 = (p - 5) (-2p - 3)
