Factors of 7 are +,-(1,7)
By hit and trial method,we put
p(-1)=(-1) cube-3×(-1) square+3(-1)+7
=-1-3-3+7
=0
Therefore , first factor is (x+1) and find the second factor by dividing polynomial by (x+1) by using long division method, and then factorise the quotient that is x square-4x+7by middle term split.and then you will get the three factors .
