m^4-7m^2+1

now. add andsub 2m^2

m^4- 7m^2 +1 +2m^2 - 2m^2

(m^4 + 1 + 2m^2) - 7m^2 - 2m^2

(m^2 + 1)^2 - 9m^2

(m^2- 1 )^2 - (3m)^2

a^2 - b^2 = (a+b) ( a-b)

( m^2 -1 + 3m )( m^2 -1 - 3m )
