 {m}^{2}  + 5m + 6 = 0 \\  \\  {m}^{2}  + 2m + 3m + 6 = 0 \\  \\ m(m + 2) + 3(m + 2) = 0 \\  \\ (m + 2)(m + 3) = 0 \\  \\ m =  - 2 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: or \:  \:  \:  \: m =  - 3
Hope it helps you.

m²+5m+6=0
m²+3m+2m+6=0. (2×3=6)
m(m+3)+2(m+3)=0
(m+3)×(m+2)=o
m=-3,-2
l hope it will be useful
