p^2 - 16p + 25 = 0

p^2 - 2*8*p + 25 = 0

p^2 - 2*8*p + 8^2 - 8^2 + 25 = 0

(p - 8)^2 = 64 - 25

(p - 8)^2 = 64 - 25 = 39

p - 8 = +/- sqrt(39)

p - 8 = + sqrt(39), p - 8 = - sqrt(39)

p - 8 - sqrt(39) = 0, p - 8 + sqrt(39) = 0,

(p - 8 - sqrt(39))*(p - 8 + sqrt(39)) = 0 ——> Answer
