 {16a}^{2}  - 144 = 4(4 {a}^{2}  - 36)

63 {a}^{2}  - 112 {b}^{2}  = 7(9 {a}^{2}  - 52 {b}^{2} )

Question number 6:-

9 {a}^{2} {b}^{2}  - 25

 = (3ab)^{2}  - (5)^{2}

 = (3ab + 5)(3ab - 5)

Question number 7:-

16 {a}^{2}  - 144

 = 16( {a}^{2}  - 9)

 = 16((a)^{2}  - (3)^{2} )

 = 16(a + 3)(a - 3)

Question number 8:-

63 {a}^{2}  - 112 {b}^{2}

 = 7(9 {a}^{2}  - 16 {b}^{2} )

 = 7((3a)^{2}  - (4b)^{2} )

 = 7(3a + 4b)(3a - 4b)

Question number 9:-

20 {a}^{2}  - 45 {b}^{2}

 = 5(4 {a}^{2}  - 9 {b}^{2} )

 = 5((2a)^{2}  - (3b)^{2} )

 = 5(2a + 3b)(2a - 3b)

Question number 10:-

12 {x}^{2}  - 27

 = 3(4 {x}^{2}  - 9)

 = 3((2x)^{2}  -  {(3)}^{2} )

 = 3(2x + 3)(2x - 3)
