x² - y² = (x + y) (x- y)

so its (1 + b - c) ( 1 - b + c)

1 - (b-c)^2
The given expression is in the form a^2 - b^2
Therefore,

1-(b-c)^2
= 1^2 - (b-c)^2
= (1+b-c)(1-(b-c))
= (1+b-c)(1-b+c)
