 {6x}^{2}  - 10x + 4

[Taking 2 out as common]

 = 2(3 {x}^{2}  - 5x + 2)

 = 2(3 {x}^{2}  - 2x - 3x + 2)

= 2(x(3x - 2) - 1 (3x-2))

= 2 (3x - 2) ( x - 1) (Ans)
