upon nine by using the identity
a^2 + 2ab + b^2 = (a + b)^2

Identity: a² + 2ab + b² = (a + b)²

9x² + 2xy + y²/9

= (3x)² + (y/3)² + 2(3x)(y/3)

= (3x + y/3)²

= (3x + y/3)·(3x + y/3)
