First we nee to remove the brackets. After the simplification we will get:-

y^{2} - xy + x^{2}y + x^{3}

Now time for grouping them:-

(y^{2} - xy) + (x^{2}y - x^{3})

You can apply associative property (twice):-

y(y - x) + x^2(y - x)

Now take (y - x) in common an you will get

(y-x)(y + x^2) <= Answer
