 =  >  {12y}^{2}  - 7y + 1 \\  =  >  {12y}^{2}  - 4y - 3y + 1 \\  =  > 4y(3y - 1) - 1(3y - 1) \\  =  > (4y - 1)(3y - 1) \\  =  > 4y - 1 = 0 \\  \:  \:  \:  \: y =  \frac{1}{4}  \\  = >  3y - 1 = 0 \\  \:  \:  \: y =  \frac{1}{3}

equation 12y2-7y+1
we can simply fy
=12y2-4y-3y+1
=4y (3y-1)-1(3y-1)
=4y-1=0, 3y-1=0
y polynomial s are
1/4,1/3
