\mathbb\green{\underline{\underline{Question}}}

factorise the expression and divide them as direct:

12xy(9 {x}^{2}  -  {16y}^{2} ) \div 4xy(3x + 4y)

\mathbb\pink{\underline{\underline{Answer}}}

12xy( {9x}^{2}  -  {16y}^{2} ) \div 4xy(3x + 4y) \\  = 108 {x}^{3}y  - 192x {y}^{3}  \div 12 {x}^{2}y + 16x {y}^{2}   \\  =  \frac{108 {x}^{3}y - 192x {y}^{3}  }{12 {x}^{2} y + 16x {y}^{2} }  \\  = 9x - 12y

therefore answer is  3(3x-4y)
