factorise the following 27 x cube - 8 y cube

27 {x}^{3}  - 8 {y}^{3}
 {(3x)}^{3}  -  {(2y)}^{3}
Using
 {a}^{3}  -  {b}^{3}  = (a - b)( {a}^{2} +  {b}^{2}   + ab)
(3x - 2y)(9 {x}^{2}  + 4 {y}^{2}  + 6xy)
