I AM NOT SURE, BUT I THINK THE CORRECT QUESTION WILL BE

64a² - 9b² + 42bc - 49c²

= 64a² -(9b² - 42bc + 49c²). ...(+b²-2ab)=(a-b)²

= 64a² -{(3b)² - (2×7c×3b) + (7c)²}

= 64a² -(3b - 7c)²

= (8a)² - (3b-7c)². ...(-b²) = (a+b) (a-b)

= (8a+3b-7c) (8a-(3b-7c)

= (8a+3b-7c) (8a-3b+7c)

hope it works !!
