(3a-b)^2 - 9c^2

=> (3a-b)^2 - (3c)^2

= (3a-b+3c)(3a-b-3c)

hii!!

here's ur answer...

(3a-b)²-9c²

in (3a-b)² we will use the second identity which is (a-b)² = a²-2ab+b²

a=3a, b=b

= [(3a)²-2(3a)(b)+(b)²]-9c²

= 9a²-6ab+b²-9c²

hope this helps..!
