Step-by-step explanation:

Given that :-

(a + b) ×(x + y) +(2a + 3) ×(x + y) -(3a + 4b) × (x + y)

=>(x+y)(a+b+2a+3-(3a+4b))

=>(x+y)(a+b+2a+3-3a-4b)

=>(x+y)(3a-3a+b-4b+3)

=>(x+y)(0-3b+3)

=>(x+y)(-3b+3)

=>3(x+y)(3-b)
