25m²-30m+9

(5m)²+(3)²-30m

5m²+3²-2.5m.3

so we get the above equation in the form of a²-2ab+b²

that is (a-b)²

so here a is 5m and b is 3

so the factors are as

(5m-3)²

It has both the factors same and it is 5m-3

Given equation is 25m^2+30m+9

so if we factorise it we will get,

25m^2+15m+15m+9=0

5m(5m+3)+3(5m+3)=0

(5m+3)(5m+3)=0

5m+3=0 (or) 5m+3=0

m=-3/5 (or)m=-3/5

so,m=-3/5,-3/5
