 1.)\:  \:  \:  2 {a}^{3}b \:  - 4 {a}^{2}

 = 2 {a}^{2} (ab - 2)

2.)  \:  \:  \: 3 {x}^{2} {y}^{2}  - 6x {y}^{2}  + 9 {x}^{3}y

 = 3xy(xy - y + x)
