this is answer of first expressio

(2)

Given : x3- 2x2y + 3xy2 - 6y

By taking x2 as common in the first two term and 3y2 as common in the second two term

x3 - 2x2y + 3xy2 - 6y2 = x2 ( x - 2y) + 3x2 ( x-2y)

Firi we get

x3 - 2x2y + 3xy2 - 6y3 = ( x-2y) ( x2+3y2 )
