Step-by-step explanation:

(I) 18(a+b2) -6(a+b)

Ans. step 1 : 18a + 18b² -6a -6b

step 2 : 18a -6a +18b² -6b

step 3 : 12a + 12b

step 4 : 12(a + b)

step 5 : 12 (3 + b)

step 6 : 36 + 12b = 0

step 7 : 12b = 0 - 36

step 8 : 12b = -36

step 9 : b = -36/12

step 10 : b = -3.

(II) X(a-3) + y(3-a)

step 1: Xa -3x +3y -ay

step 2: Xa -3x +3y -ay

step 3: X( a - 3) + y(a - 3)

step 4: X(a - 3 = 0) + y(a - 3)

step 5: X(a = 3) + y (a = 3)

step 6: Xa - 3x + 3y -ay

step 7: 3x - 3x +3y - 3y

step 8: 0 + 0

step 9: 0 .

Ans (I) First is a = 3 And b = -3.

(II) Zero (0).

your First question is dependent on

second question

because your second question is X(a-3) + y(3-a)

i hve common to step 3: X(a-3) + y(a-3)

and a = 3 i am find in a =3 in step 5.

And a = 3 then b value find and put in 12a + 12b

and put value a =3 and find b the answer is a = 3 and b = -3.

I hope my answer is helpful for u.
