Actually the question is wrong printed in the book.
The question supposed to be
9p^4 -24p^2 q +16q^2 -256r^2
If you solve this edited question 9p^4 -24p^2 q +16q^2 -256r^2 Then you will get the answer .
I have solved this problem if you want, then you can easily copy it but first try to understand it.
Thanking You
