x² + 4√2 x + 6
=> x² + ( 3√2 + √2 )x + 6
=> x² + 3√2x + √2x + 6
=> x( x + 3√2 ) + √2( x + 3√2 )
=> ( x + 3√2 ) ( x + √2 )
( ii ) :
x² - 3√5x - 20
=> x² - ( 4√5 - √5 )x - 20
=> x² - 4√5x + √5x - 20
=> x( x - 4√5 ) + √5( x - 4√5 )
=> ( x - 4√5 ) ( x + √5 )
