28ay^2 - 175ax^2

= 7a (4y^2 - 25x^2)

= 7a {(2y)^2 - (5x)^2}

As we know that (a^2 - b^2) = (a + b) X (a - b)

So,

28ay^2 - 175ax^2

= 7a X (2y + 5x) X (2y - 5x)
