factorise the following x² + 6x - 7​

Answer:

x²+6x-7

x²+7x-1x -7

x(x+7)-1(x+7)

( x-1)(x+7)=0

x=1,x=-7

X, can't be negative

so, x=1

SOLUTION

 =  >  {x}^{2}  + 6x - 7 \\  \\  =  >  {x}^{2}   +   7x  -  1x - 7 \\  \\  =  > x(x + 7) -1(x +7) \\  \\  =  > (x + 7) \:  \: (x - 1)
