 m^4 +m^2 +1  = [m^2 + m +1] [m^2 - m +1]

 Let   m^4 +m^2 +1  = [m^2 +km +1] [m^2 +hm +1]

now  m^3  term    h+k = 0   then h = - k

         m^2 term      1+1+hk = 1

                                 hk = -1

                               -kk = -1

                                    k = 1 or -1

                              so k = -1 or 1  

 m^4 +m^2 +1  = [m^2 +m +1] [m^2 - m +1]
