4a² + b² - c² + 4ab
= (4a² + b² + 4ab) - c²
= {(2a)² + b² + 2(2a)(b)} - c²
We know that, x² + y² + 2xy = (x + y)²
Here x = 2a, y = b
By substituting the values :
= (2a + b)² - c²
Here let us consider (2a + b) = x, c = y
We know that x² - y² = (x + y)(x - y)
By substituting the values :
= (2a + b + c)(2a + b - c)
Hope it helps!!
