a² - 10a + 25= 0

Factorising means we want something like

(a-_)(a-_)

We want two numbers such that,

  • On Multiplying, we get 25
  • On adding we get, -10.

Numbers are -5 and -5.

a² - 5a - 5a +25

a(a -5) - 5(a-5)

(a-5)(a-5)

(a-5)(a-5)

#Stay home!

#Stay Safe.
