A. p^4+2p^2q^2+q^4
=(p^2)^2+2×p^2×q^2+(q^2)^2
=(p^2+q^2)^2
=(p^2+q^2) (p^2+q^2)

B. 36z^2-49x^2
=(6z)^2-(7x)^2
=(6z+7x) (6z-7x)

C. 196p^2-121q^2
=(14p)^2-(11q)^2
=(14p+11q) (14p-11q)
