\mathfrak{The\:Answer\:is}

3x {}^{2}  - 2 \sqrt{15} x + 3

comparing \: with \: ax {}^{2}  + bx + c = 0

a = 3 \:  \:  \: b = 2 \sqrt{15}  \:  \:  \: c = 3

x =  - b  +  -  \sqrt{b {}^{2} - 4ac  } \div 2a

  - (2 \sqrt{15}) {}^{2}   +   -  \sqrt{(2 \sqrt{15)} {}^{2} - 4 \times 3 \times 3  }  \div 2 \times 3

 =  - 60 +  -  \sqrt{60 - 36}  \div 6

 =  - 60 +  -  \sqrt{24}  \div 6

 = 2( - 30 +  -  \sqrt{6} ) \div 6

 =  - 30 +  -  \sqrt{6}  \div 3

Therefore factors are

 - 30 +  \sqrt{6}  \div 3

and

 - 30 -  \sqrt{6}  \div 3
