x^2-2xy+y^2
=a^2-2ab+b^2=(a-b)^2
=(x-y)^2-2^2
a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)
=[(x-y)+2][(x-y)-2)]
(x-y-2)(x-y+2)
=a^2-2ab+b^2=(a-b)^2
=(x-y)^2-2^2
a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)
=[(x-y)+2][(x-y)-2)]
(x-y-2)(x-y+2)
