 =  {x}^{2}  +  (\sqrt{3} x + 2 \sqrt{3} x )+  (\sqrt{3}  \times 2 \sqrt{3} )

 = x (x +  \sqrt{3} ) + 2 \sqrt{3} (x +  \sqrt{3} )

 = (x +  \sqrt{3} )(x + 2 \sqrt{3} )
