(p)^{2} - (4)^{2            ======>             [Using a^{2}-b^{2} Identity]

=>( p )^2 - (4)^2

=> We know the formula that

(a)^2 -(b)^2 = (a+b) (a-b) .

So , ( p )^2 - (4)^2 = (p+4) ( p-4) .
