Hello friends!!

Here is your answer :

I think in the last it is + sign by mistake u type - .

 {x}^{2}  - 6x  +  8

Using identity : x² + ( a + b)x + ab = ( x + a ) ( x + b )

{x}^{2}  - 4x - 2x  +  8

x(x - 4) - 2(x - 4)

(x - 2)(x - 4)

Hope it helps you..

Your question needs a correction,

Correct question,

x² -6x + 8

=> x² -6x + 8

=> x² -(4+2)x +8

=> x² -4x -2x +8

=> x( x -4) - 2(x -4)

=> (x -4)(x -2)

Factoried.
====================

Factors:-

(x -4) and (x -2)

I hope this will help you
