(x+1) (x+2) (x+3) (x+4) - 3

=(x+1)(x+4)(x+2)(x+3)-3

=(x^2+4x+x+4)(x^2+3x+2x+6)-3

=(x^2+5x+4)(x^2+5x+6)-3

=(a+4)(a+6)-3

=a^2+6a+4a+24-3

=a^2+10a+21

=a^2+7a+3a+21

=a(a+7) 3(a+7)

=(a+7)(a+3)

=(x^2+5x+7)(x^2+5x+3). (ans)
